Since 1991 our law firm has

Working with the community we have helped people to understand the law as it
is: a system of rules of conduct established by the sovereign government of a society to correct wrongs, maintain stability, and deliver justice.
Our work as lawyers involves the practical application of abstract
legal theories and knowledge to solve specific individualized problems, or to
advance the interests of those who retain (i.e., hire) our firm to perform legal services.
Our History
In the course of our bankruptcy practice our lawyers have represented both
creditors and debtors ranging from large corporations to individuals looking for
a fresh start. Our business and commercial practice includes working with
national corporations and sole proprietors. Our home foreclosure department
litigates sophisticated nuances of Predatory Lending under State Law, the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the Home Ownership
and Equity Protection Act and others to stop or restrain foreclosure
without bankruptcy.

competing for business, they will lower their prices or improve their services to increase their
