Attorneys must not reveal information relating to the representation of the client to third parties. Certain

The duty of candor is a duty that is owed to the court. A lawyer under prevailing rules
must not knowingly misrepresent facts to the court even if it serves his clients
interests. A lawyer of quality will always be forthright with the court resulting in
credibility before the tribunal that you as a client deserve

undivided loyalty?
Simply put, this means that an attorney must serve only his clients interests during the scope of the
representation. "An attorney must represent a client zealously within the bounds of the law". A lawyer must

An attorney should keep a client reasonably informed about the matter of the representation
and comply with the clients reasonable requests for information. A lawyer must explain the matter
